I won't go on about how interesting a year 2020 has been because we all know that!
Newman Casting Studios did a mini movie lockdown competition for Lockdown 2 and I had great fun making a couple of mini movies for it. They asked for 20-30 second snippets of things we might have learnt this year or interesting things we might have gotten up to, self tape fails, and with my new imovie skills I made this!
I got a bit carried away though and discovered that this year has had a lot of delights in it. I'm grateful to have been able to spend time with my favourite people, despite the circumstances, sneak away to Athens for the weekend, went on many a walk in the beautiful British countryside, drove many miles around this lovely little country, made a lot of sourdough bread (don't ask me to make it with gluten in - it will fail), baked a lot of cakes, brownies, cookies and anything else I could, and laughed a lot.
Not on camera are all the new lovely clients I've worked with and had so much fun recording for, I've spent a lot of time in a small quiet space this year and it's turned out to be one of my favourite places to be!
I hope wherever you are and whoever you are with, you have moments of joy this Christmas. Sending you love.
